Rooms & Rates
Room rates are figured with double occupancy; additional $25.00 per person each room. Add $25.00 for one night stay. Room deposits are 50% of room rate for total number of days reserved. Balance will be collected upon arrival. We accept Visa or Master Card. The deposit must be paid to reserve your stay. All rooms are subject to Hawaii’s 13.4166% tax, which includes transient accommodation tax (TAT) - 9.25% and general excise tax (GET) – 4.1666%.
Check In – After 3pm; Check Out – 11 am Please call with your arrival time and any special arrangements.
Cancellations Policy: Full cancellations, up to 20 days before arrival, your deposit will be returned less 10% of the entire reservation ($40.00 minimum). Partial cancellations, up to 20 days before arrival, you will be refunded the night/nights cancelled less 10% of the night/nights cancelled ($40.00 minimum). Any cancellations less than 20 days before arrival on a full cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited. On Partial cancellations, 1/2 of each full night stay will be forfeited. Any cancellations full or partial, within 7 days from arrival, departing early, arriving late, or not showing up will be charged for the complete reservation. Reservations may be rescheduled prior to this 20 day period. If you are concerned about the possibility of cancelling your reservation, we recommend you purchase travel insurance through a third party for your own financial protection.
Cancellation Notice: NO OVER-THE-PHONE CANCELLATIONS. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING. We will then send you a NEW confirmation with cancellation or new dates and the total cancellation amount by email. If you have not recieved your NEW Confirmation or Cancellation within one business day, please check your junk email box or call us to confirm that we have received your cancellation. You must have a Cancellation Confirmation email from us, or your reservation has not been changed or cancelled.
Merrie Monarch Festival… There is a five night minimum stay required during the Merrie Monarch Festival period and special rates apply. For cancellations of reservations during the Merrie Monarch Festival up to 60 days before arrival – your deposit will be returned less 20% of the entire reservation ($80.00 minimum). Any cancellations less than 60 days before arrival – your deposit will be forfeited. Any cancellations within 30 days from arrival, departing early, arriving late, or not showing up will be charged for the complete reservation. Reservations may be rescheduled or cancelled before this 61 day period.
No smoking in any rooms or outside of rooms is allowed. We have trade winds blowing most of the time on the Island, so smoke can travel in and around the facilty and enter into other rooms. If you have to smoke, then take a 500 foot walk anywhere on the property and smoke in paradise.
Child Policy: We have limits with children under 12 years of age. Under certain conditions we will allow younger children. Please call us for this information (808-964-2291)
